About Steady Progress Journal

Steady Progress Journal is for the weeks when nothing seems to move. We treat plateaus as information, not failure: how to audit habits honestly, what to discuss with your clinician, and how to keep a good routine alive while the picture is quiet.

This site exists for adults whose progress has paused and who want a calm, structured response. We write the guides we wished existed: calm, specific about habits and questions, and honest about the limits of what a website can tell you.

Our editorial rules are strict. No promised results, no invented statistics, no borrowed white coats - we are writers and editors, not clinicians, and we say so on every page. Where a topic touches prescribing, dosing, or personal risk, our job is to help you prepare better questions for your own doctor, not to answer them for you.

The site is funded by affiliate links, disclosed openly. If you choose to research the programme we link to, any medical decision there is made by its licensed clinicians after evaluating you - and it should still sit alongside your own doctor's advice.
